Leavin' on a Jet Plane
There is always that rush before a trip and then the feeling that I'm missing out on something at the store when I'm gone. As I prepare for my trip to New Jersey, I know I will be missing out on a lot of great things at the store. New product, fun customers, awesome stories. All to be saved for me until I get back. I need to get away. Of course this trip, like others, will also be spent scooping out the competition and seeking new and interesting product. But I will also get to celebrate my friends Melissa and Randy King. Randy is a fighter pilot for the Air National Guard and there will be an awesome air show while we're there. They are going to show me the town and I'm going to take it all in. There is so much comfort knowing that Jennillee, Jessica, & Jenna will be running the show and taking care of the store while I'm gone. Not one shop owner that I know is as fortunate as I am with staff. REALLY!! You guys know my staff. New people don't even know who owns the store because they take such pride and are so invested. THANK GOD for you girls! Really! So here I go... off on my Jet plane for a littler R&R and who knows... I might just find something special for the store. See you all soon!
